Last updated: [DATE]

This policy explains what personal data Gemini Trading collects, why, who it is shared with, and the rights you have over it. We collect the minimum needed to run your account and the service, and we do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we are

Gemini Trading ("we", "us") operates geminitrading.co.uk and is the data controller for the personal data described here. For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, contact support@geminitrading.co.uk.

Gemini Trading is an analysis and software-tools provider. We do not manage money, hold client funds, or place trades on accounts we operate. Any trade is executed on your own broker account by software you install and control.

How we use it and our legal basis

Under UK GDPR we rely on the following:

The AI analysis

Our market analysis is produced using Anthropic's Claude AI. The data sent to it is market data and our own prompts — not your personal information and not your broker login. Your auto-execution software runs on your own machine with your own broker credentials, which never pass through us.

Who we share data with

We use a small number of trusted processors to run the service. They act on our instructions and only receive what they need:

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

International transfers

Some of these providers are based outside the UK (for example in the US). Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep account data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, security, and accounting needs. Card-fingerprint records are kept only as long as needed to prevent trial abuse. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, email support@geminitrading.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and limit who can access it.

Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Not financial advice. Gemini Trading provides analysis and tools, not personal investment advice or money management. Trading carries significant risk of loss. Nothing here forms part of any investment recommendation.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page with a new "last updated" date.
